Concluding the Commodore trilogy, this book takes a look at
Commodore's resurgence in the late 1980's and then ultimate demise.
This was a period of immense creativity from engineers within the
company, who began “moonshot” projects using emerging CD-ROM
technology. Get to know the people behind Commodore's successes and
failures as they battle to stay relevant amidst blistering
competition from Nintendo, Apple, and the onslaught of IBM PC
clones. Told through interviews with company insiders, this
examination of the now defunct company traces the engineering
breakthroughs and baffling decisions that led to the demise of
Commodore.
Continuing the story of Commodore where the previous book,
Commodore: A Company on the Edge left off, this book takes a look
at Commodore's most tumultuous years. How did the Amiga, a computer
now widely regarded as having been five years ahead of its
competition, fail to win in the marketplace? The author takes an
in-depth look at the people behind Commodore's plunge into
irrelevance and bankruptcy. The often unflattering picture that
emerges is one of executives who had little understanding of how to
market their product to the public and a company struggling to
remain relevant. Told through interviews with company insiders,
this examination of the now defunct company traces the engineering
breakthroughs and baffling decisions that led to the demise of
Commodore.

With easy-to-follow instructions, a full chapter on building with
the LEGO stud-less brick paradigm, and a complete tutorial on
programming Java, this guide has been revised for the latest
version of leJOS NXJ and provides more exciting projects that
include Bluetooth, navigation, and integration with new devices
such as smart phones and game controllers. The projects include a
walking robot, a laser sensor, beacon navigation, WiFi control,
precise robotic arm control with a SCARA robot and omni-wheels.
Ever had the feeling that there has to be more to life than THIS?
You're not crazy. We are all meant to experience lasting happiness.
You can put down this book and continue your not-so-blissfully
ignorant life. Or you can turn the page and come on a life-changing
journey with me. It will offend you. It will inspire you. It will
challenge everything you've ever believed. The conventional formula
is actually backward. Happiness isn't something you attain; it is
something you are. What are you waiting for? Become happy now.
buon mercato pur restando redditizia.
